wa adim ni’matal-amni wal-istiqrari fi biladina
O Allah! Grant us security in our lands,
and continue to bless us with peace and settlement there.
اللهُمَّ مََنْ أَرادَنَا وَبِلادَنَا وَالمُسْلِمِينَ بِسُوءٍ فَأَشْغِلْهُ فِي نَفْسِهِ
وَاجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُ فِي نَحْرِهِ، وَاجْعَلْ تَدْبِيرَهُ تَدْمِيرَه
Allahumma man aradana wa biladina bi su’in fash-ghilhu fi nafsih,
waj’al kaydahu fi nahrih, waj’al tadbirahu tadmeerah.
O Allah! Whoever wants to harm us and our lands and the Muslims,
then keep them busy with their own troubles,
and return their plots to their own necks,
and make their plans the cause of their own destruction.
اللهُمَّ ارْفُعْ عَنَّا الغَلا وَالوَبَاء وَعَنْ سَائِرِ بِلادِ المُسْلِمِين

By Your Mercy we seek assistance,

When To Read Taraweeh Dua?
Sadly, many only read the Taraweeh dua in the month of Ramadan. But you need to know that Taraweeh dua should not be recited or saved for the holy month of Ramadan only. The dua can be read during Tahajjud, and after your daily prayers.
Is Taraweeh Dua Compulsory?
Another question about Taraweeh due people often asked is if the supplication is compulsory. The answer is no, but you need to know that dua is worship itself. And for the Taraweeh is also not a compulsory prayer but a sunnah mustahabbah (i.e., recommended).
