What are the Qualifications for SDA Bocconi School of Management Scholarships?
For you to be qualified for SDA Bocconi School of Management Scholarships, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Originating from the Mediterranean or Africa (any nationality from these areas, Italy excluded)
- A GMAT score of 680 or above
- The MBA Program’s 2021–2022 participants must fulfill all entrance standards.
- Possess a strong command of English
What Are the Required Documents for SDA Bocconi School of Management Scholarships?
Two references
For our MBA program, you must submit two references from people who are familiar with both your professional and academic backgrounds.
You must upload the referees’ names, surnames, and professional email addresses using the online application form’s automatic option. Referees will afterward be sent a link to a form that needs to be completed and sent to us.
Transcripts and a degree certificate
It is crucial to submit a verified copy of your graduate diploma from the college or university you attended as well as an official transcript of your grades (in English or Italian). Included information must include the type of degree, the graduation date, the enrollment dates, and the grades earned in each course according to the grading scheme. A self-declaration of their transcript and diploma is required from applicants who completed their education at an Italian university (form provided by their university). The only people who may submit this self-declaration are university graduates from Italian institutions.
Application Form

Pre-interview through video
The inclusion of your written application form within the pre-interview video allows us to understand more about your profile. The online platform will walk you through the simple steps as you respond to a series of questions and film a video of yourself. Online access to the platform and the application form will both be provided. Prior to the admissions interview, there is a prerequisite called the pre-interview video. It should be sent as part of the application process and, in any case, no later than a week after the online application has been submitted.
Background in the field and comprehensive resume
With experience spanning from three to ten years, students in our MBA program typically have five years of work experience. You can only be admitted if you have high academic credentials, exam results, cross-disciplinary skills, and motivation you don’t meet this requirement. You don’t necessarily need to have previous managerial experience. Instead, your managerial potential, teamwork abilities, and willingness to accept responsibility are more important to us. Furthermore, the kind of experience you acquired there matters more than the industry or job function.
You do not need to have conventional managerial experience, per se. Instead, we are more interested in your potential for management, teamwork skills, and willingness to accept responsibility. Additionally, the type of experience you gained in that industry is more significant than the business sector or function TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic, or CPE tests. You can request that your findings be delivered directly to SDA Bocconi at the testing location (TOEFL School Code: 0698, PTE School Code: R7G-6R-23). You must send the original test results to the school if you have already taken one of these exams. For students who obtained their degree in English, have considerable professional experience in an English-speaking nation, or speak English as their mother tongue, a test result may be waived.
GRE or GMAT
This is a prerequisite for all applicants. Both the Integrated Reasoning and the Analytical Writing Assessment are necessary sections of the GMAT. Two frequently used English language tests that assess your verbal, analytical, and quantitative skills are the GMAT and GRE. Even though there is no minimum score required to be admitted, a high score is beneficial throughout the admissions process. To ensure that our Admission Services receive the test results as soon as possible, the School’s name should be stated when taking the exam.
