Dr. Jamal Badawi is a Muslim Canadian who was born in Egypt. He was a former professor who has held positions at a variety of educational institutions, most notably the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he has held positions in the departments of management and religious studies. He is a well-known Muslim author, preacher, activist, and speaker. Dr. Badawi finished his undergraduate studies in Cairo, Egypt, and went on to Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, for his master’s and doctoral degrees.

The author of numerous books and articles on Islam is Dr. Jamal Badawi. Additionally, he conducted research, created, and delivered a 352-segment television series about Islam, which was broadcast on numerous local TV stations in Canada, the US, and other nations throughout the world. This series is readily accessible on audio and video all around the world.

In North America, Dr. Jamal Badawi also actively takes part in lectures, seminars, and interfaith discussions. He received numerous invitations to speak as a guest speaker at events all around the world. He also participates in a number of Islamic groups, such as the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). The Islamic Information Foundation, a nonprofit organization that works to advance a better understanding of Islam and Muslims, was founded and is still chaired by him.

He is the Islamic University’s vice chairman at the moment. Dr. Badawi has five children of his own and twelve grandchildren.
