Australia’s Williamstown neighborhood is where Bilal Assad was born. He began his Islamic studies at a young age in Lebanon, where he also learned about Shariah, and he finished his tertiary degree in biomedical science there. For more than ten years, Bilal has worked with the Islamic Society of Victoria, giving back to the community in a variety of ways.
